Kilchoman Batch Strenght 57%

The Kilchoman Batch Strength 57% is a peated single malt Scotch whisky with no age statement, matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, ex-Oloroso sherry, and STR casks before being bottled at 57% ABV, non-chill filtered and with its natural colour.

Nose: intense peat, lemon and orange zest, vanilla, sweet malt and cold ash, with hints of pepper and sea breeze.
Palate: full and vigorous, with pronounced peat smoke, ripe citrus, honey and vanilla, followed by caramel, spices and a light saline note.
Finish: long, warm and smoky, with returning citrus notes, black pepper, ash and a persistent salinity.
